Albert Taylor founded the company, but it was his two eldest sons who grew the business on their return from World War I by printing the publicity for a London theatrical agent whose touring show was just about to open in Barnsley. By the mid-1920s they were one of the leading printers of entertainment industry advertising in the United Kingdom.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats.
