This exhibition poster is from the Royal Academy of Arts for an exhibition in 1991 featuring "Sir Christopher Wren and the Making of St Pauls". It features Sir Christopher Wren's "The Great Model" from 1673-74 made of oak and plaster.

Wren’s unrealised Great Model, now in the cathedral’s Trophy Room, took about ten months to design from December 1672 to September 1673 and more than a year afterwards to build and decorate. Wren developed the Great Model from a proposal known as the Greek Cross, a design at All Souls College, Oxford, for a monumental, centrally planned cathedral on new foundations. He had prepared this design soon after presenting a scheme known as the First Model in May 1670 In this proposal a long, ten-bay, choir-auditory, with covered walkways around its exterior and a domed vestibule at the west end would have been built over the foundations of the old eastern arm and crossing. Within about two years it was judged ‘not stately enough’, and a decision followed to rebuild on new foundations.
Sir Christopher Wren was one of the most highly acclaimed English architects in history, as well as an anatomist, astronomer, geometer, and mathematician-physicist. He was accorded responsibility for rebuilding 52 churches in the City of London after the Great Fire in 1666, including what is regarded as his masterpiece, St Paul's Cathedral, on Ludgate Hill, completed in 1710.
What is special about exhibition and gallery posters is that they are an affordable way of getting good, unique art on the walls, as although it is not an artists original, neither is it something that has been mass reproduced.
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They are delivered in a cardboard-backed envelope for protection. They have been stored folded.

Shipping - Tracking and Insurance
All poster deliveries use Royal Mail if possible. Some very large posters or charts may require use of a different delivery company.
Items are sent tracked and insured.
Local deliveries are sent Royal Mail 24 Tracked by default, you can upgrade to Special Delivery. Most parcels arrive within the expected timescale, but Royal Mail no longer guarantees delivery to previously set timescales.
International deliveries are sent Royal Mail International Tracked by default, you can upgrade to UPS which usually takes less than a week. The estimate of 3-7 days does not include time spent within the customs service of which delivery companies have not control.

Gift wrapping and packaging
If a poster has been stored folded, it will be sent folded in a cardboard-backed envelope.
If a poster has been stored rolled, it will be sent rolled in a cardboard tube.
If appropriate, posters will be wrapped with tissue paper.
All packaging is sent wrapped with "fragile" tape.
I reuse tubes and envelopes in order to try to minimise packaging.
If you have requested gift wrapping, please indicate what sort of gift it is and I will try to use accommodating paper.
