This is an Italian poster from 1903 with beautiful patina advertising a land tax notice for Signora Maria Felice Mortillaro di Villarena Baronessa Tumminelli in Casalbianco near Palermo, Sicily in Italy.
In beautiful red and blue lettering on a white background. and comes with a postal stamp showing how it was delivered.
