This is a vintage wall chart titlerd, "a section of skin". It's an anatomical diagram illustrating a cross-section of human skin. It clearly depicts various layers and structures, including:
The epidermis and dermis layers.
Hair follicles, with a hair shaft emerging.
Sebaceous glands (connected to the hair follicle).
Sweat glands (coiled structures with ducts extending upwards).
Nerve endings.
Blood vessels.
Fat cells (adipose tissue) in the subcutaneous layer.
