This is a rare old French poster from 1953 advertising the "Grand Boulevards Week", which allowed children in the city to take a holiday in the country after World War 2. Bright and beautiful naive art of children by Jac Alain.
Dimensions: 23.5 in x 16 in (60 cm x 40 cm)

In 1947, at the end of the Second World War, the situation of children was particularly worrying. It is in this context that the French Child Protection Center was created, from which France Parrainages originated.
The French Child Protection Center allows French war orphans to benefit from financial support, thanks to the sponsorship of Canadian, Swedish, New Zealand and American families.
