This is a charming Portuguese travel poster from the Praça do Comércio in Lisboa, Portugal as seen from the sea and shows an old traditional fishing boat Perhaps heading in to the Tagus River.

The Praça do Comércio is a large, harbour-facing plaza in Portugal's capital, Lisbon, and is one of the largest in Portugal. Facing the Tagus to the South, the plaza is still commonly known in Portuguese as Terreiro do Paço as it hosted the Paço da Ribeira until the latter was destroyed by the great 1755 Lisbon earthquake.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
