Original Robert McClay psychedelic Sagittarius poster from the Astrology Zodiac, one of the twelve star signs commissioned by Jack Leahy (“Funky Jack”), of San Francisco’s Funky Features, in 1967. The poster shows the all-seeing eye in a pyramid, a head to a body across the universe.
Apparently if you have a UV light or similar then the poster will glow in luminescence in the right light. That's a different piece of art!
Funky Features was originally a home recording studio in an Edwardian house that quickly became a popular recording location for Big Brother and the Holding Company, Cold Blood, Steve Miller, and others.

Sagittarius (♐︎) is the ninth astrological sign, which is associated with the constellation Sagittarius and spans 240–270th degrees of the zodiac. Under the tropical zodiac, the sun transits this sign between approximately November 23 and December 21 and under the sidereal zodiac from December 18 - January 15. Greek mythology associates Sagittarius with the centaur Chiron, who mentored Achilles, a Greek hero of the Trojan War, in archery.

Sagittarius, the half human and half horse, is the centaur of mythology, the learned healer whose higher intelligence forms a bridge between Earth and Heaven. Also known as the Archer, Sagittarius is represented by the symbol of a bow and arrow.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.
