This is a 1978 artistic reimagining of a famous 1960s image of Paris at night with the Eiffel Tower in the dark blue sky with fountains in the foreground.
This 1978 reconstruction shows different exposures of the Eiffel Tower and fountains so that the Eiffel Tower is shown as three composite parts and the fountains are multiplying at it's base.

The Eiffel Tower is one of the most iconic landmarks in the world, symbolizing both the beauty and engineering marvel of Paris. Completed in 1889 for the Exposition Universelle (World's Fair), it was designed by engineer Gustave Eiffel. Standing 324 meters tall, the tower offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city from its observation decks. Its intricate iron lattice structure, illuminated at night, makes it a stunning sight whether viewed from the ground or from above.

Nearby, the fountains of Paris add to the city's charm and grandeur. One of the most notable fountain areas is the Trocadéro Gardens, where the Fountains of Trocadéro provide a dramatic setting in front of the Eiffel Tower. The fountains, with their cascading water and elegant sculptures, create a striking contrast against the tower’s industrial lines. In addition, Paris is home to many other famous fountains, such as those at the Luxembourg Gardens and Place de la Concorde, where water flows in grand, classical style, enhancing the city’s blend of art, nature, and architecture.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.

These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
