This poster is by Ian McCausland who is the artist for the Melbourne House game "The Lord of the Rings" Part One. It shows a mounted nazgul, or ringwraith involved in the chase on Frodo to Rivendell.

Lord of the Rings: Game One (released in North America as The Fellowship of the Ring: A Software Adventure) is a video game released in 1985 and based on the book The Fellowship of the Ring, by J. R. R. Tolkien. It was the follow-up to the 1982 game The Hobbit.
To promote the game, Melbourne House commissioned hologram picture of a Nazgûl from a company called Holographix. A sequel, Shadows of Mordor: Game Two of Lord of the Rings, was released in 1987.
The Nazgûl (Black Speech for "Ringwraiths") or Úlairi (Quenya), also known as the Black Riders or simply The Nine, were the dreaded ring-servants of the Dark Lord Sauron in Middle-earth throughout the Second and Third Ages, who in the later years of the Third Age dwelt in Minas Morgul and Dol Guldur.

Long ago they fell under the dominion of the One, and they became Ringwraiths, shadows under his great Shadow, his most terrible servants. Long ago. It is many a year since the Nine walked abroad.
