This original serigraph poster from Thomas McKnight is titled Constitution (1987), this piece was chosen by the Bicentennial Committee as the official commemorative image celebrating the 200th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution. The piece was chosen as the official artwork for the U.S. Constitution Bicentennial and was personally selected to hang in the White House Solarium during the Clinton administration, which led directly to McKnight's later commissions to paint three official Presidential Christmas cards.

Thomas McKnight (born 1941) is an American artist renowned for his Postmodern Pop-Realist style, which combines clean geometric lines, serene color fields, and classical architectural elements. Created in 1987, Constitution pairs a central American flag with neoclassical Ionic columns and a delicate linework drawing of twin bicycles at the base, blending historic civic symbolism with relaxed everyday life.
What is special about exhibition and gallery posters is that they are an affordable way of getting good, unique art on the walls, as although it is not an artists original, neither is it something that has been mass reproduced.
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They are delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
