Jeffery Camp was elected a Member of the London Group in 1961. He was a Phillips Prizewinner in 1965 and in 1996 won the Wollaston Award for the most distinguished work in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. Camp wrote Draw and Paint (1981, 1986, Dorling Kindersley). He was elected Royal Academician in 1984 (ARA 1974) and lived and worked in London, where his work was regularly exhibited in the Art Space Gallery | Michael Richardson Contemporary Art, most recently in 2012.
What is special about exhibition and gallery posters is that they are an affordable way of getting good, unique art on the walls, as although it is not an artists original, neither is it something that has been mass reproduced.
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They are delivered in a cardboard-backed envelope for protection. They have been stored folded.
