1990s Carlsburg Poster, Cheers to the Universe, Skal for Universet, advertising lager beer, wall art decor

This large original poster is advertising Carlsberg, probably the best lager in the world. It heads with a must of the universe and shows a spiral galaxy.
One of the beautiful spiral galaxies in the southern starry sky. The distance from Earth is at least 50 million light years. The galaxy was photographed at the La Silla observatory in the Andes with the large Danish mirror telescope, which the Carlsberg Foundation has helped to finance.
Language is in Danish - same as Carlsberg.

Carlsberg is a Danish multinational brewer. Founded in 1847 by J. C. Jacobsen, the company's headquarters is in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since Jacobsen's death in 1887, the majority owner of the company has been the Carlsberg Foundation. The company's flagship brand is Carlsberg (named after Jacobsen's son Carl).

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.
