This is a signed uncut poster of Seattle grunge band Pearl Jam. It is by top Canadian illustrator Bob Masse who was commissioned to design a limited edition run for the Pearl Jam fan club. The poster features the lead singer Eddie Vedder cupping the microphone. The photo is surrounded in an art deco design.
These are artists proof and was the 4/10 printed - these are the first printed by the printers to an acceptable quality, there were far fewer printed of these than the 300 limited edition that would eventually be printed and signed.
This early print was printed with an emphasis on black and blue, which makes it look psychedalic.
Hand Signed by Bob Masse in black ink, also with the letters A/P (artists proof)
Limited Edition uncut Artist's proof 4/10.

Pearl Jam is an American rock band formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1990. The band's lineup consists of founding members Jeff Ament (bass guitar), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar), and Eddie Vedder (lead vocals, guitar), as well as Matt Cameron (drums), who joined in 1998. Keyboardist Boom Gaspar has also been a touring/session member with the band since 2002. Jack Irons, Dave Krusen, Matt Chamberlain and Dave Abbruzzese are all former drummers for the band. Pearl Jam has outsold and outlasted many of its contemporaries from the early 1990s, and is considered one of the most influential bands from that decade, dubbed "the most popular American rock and roll band of the '90s".
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.
When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
