This is a Banksy poster from the 2000s showing the Dismaland, the Bemusement Park which took place at Weston-Super-Mare in the UK. It's based of a grey landscape from Jeff Gillette.
The image shows a desolate, post-apocalyptic landscape with a billboard structure in the center. On the billboard is a partially shredded image of Minnie Mouse, whose cheerful face stands in stark contrast to the destruction around her.

Banksy is a pseudonymous England-based street artist, political activist, and film director whose real name and identity remain unconfirmed and the subject of speculation. Active since the 1990s, his satirical street art and subversive epigrams combine dark humour with graffiti executed in a distinctive stenciling technique. His works of political and social commentary have appeared on streets, walls, and bridges throughout the world.
What is special about exhibition and gallery posters is that they are an affordable way of getting good, unique art on the walls, as although it is not an artists original, neither is it something that has been mass reproduced.
Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They are delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
