This is an original rare Corsica Raid poster by the famous Raymond Savignac from 2001 advertising the nature sports disciplines such as kayaking, biking, trails, rope courses, coasting and mountain running.
A simple and cleanly designed poster showing an upside down blindfolded athlete who hangs to the rope by his foot, holds a kayak paddle and a flower and has a mountain bike below.

The Corsica Raid Aventure is a challenge reserved for eco-adventurers from all four corners of the globe. Over five days, the aim is to progress in a natural environment in a non-stop sequence of events, day and even night. Around ten non-motorized nature sports disciplines associated with the discovery of natural environments, heritage, history, and Corsican identity.
Raymond Savignac often just abbreviated to "Savignac", was a French graphic artist famous for his commercial posters. His work is distinguished by a humorous simplicity. Self-taught, he started designing posters under the direction of Cassandre, but met his greatest success with the poster for Yoplait yogurt, which featured the udders of a cow directly supplying the "milk yogurt" with milk. A permanent display of his work may be found at the Montebello Museum in Trouville, where he spent his last years. There is also a beachfront walk dedicated to him. Many of his posters depicted the Norman seaside town. These works can be seen there. His murals can be seen also around town.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be sent in a cardboard backed envelope for protection.
