This is an original Louise Bourgeois poster from the Louisiana Musieum of Modern Art for an exhibition in 2003 showing the sculpture "Formklippet IV (1999)" or "The Cutout". It features a figure wearing a white skirt, from which a bare, branched structure emerges, tipped with clusters of blue spheres. There's also a single small, brown, leaf-like or seed-like object attached to one of the upper branches.

Louise Bourgeois (1911–2010) was a French-American artist known for her deeply personal sculptures, paintings, and prints exploring themes of family, sexuality, and the subconscious. Her most iconic work, Maman, a giant spider, symbolizes maternal strength. Though linked to Surrealism and feminism, she maintained a unique artistic voice. Bourgeois's work remains influential, with ongoing exhibitions celebrating her lasting impact on contemporary art.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
