This is an original Louise Bourgeois poster from the Louisiana Musieum of Modern Art for an exhibition in 2016 for the "Structurs of Existence the Cells" and showing the sculpture "Cell XXVI" (2003) which is a part of Louise Bourgeois's Cells series, exploring memory, trauma, and confinement. Made of wire mesh, mirrors, and organic forms, it creates an intimate yet unsettling space. The work symbolizes the tension between protection and entrapment.

Louise Bourgeois (1911–2010) was a French-American artist known for her deeply personal sculptures, paintings, and prints exploring themes of family, sexuality, and the subconscious. Her most iconic work, Maman, a giant spider, symbolizes maternal strength. Though linked to Surrealism and feminism, she maintained a unique artistic voice. Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
