Signed and numbered Arcade Fire concert poster for the band’s two-night appearance at Madison Square Garden in August 2010, with Spoon. Arcade Fire are a Canadian indie rock band from Montreal, known for their emotional songs, big arrangements and energetic live performances. Their music combines guitars, keyboards, strings and group vocals. This poster comes from the tour supporting their third album, The Suburbs (2010), which explores childhood, nostalgia and life in suburban neighbourhoods.
Designed by Wes Winship, the image combines suburban houses, cars and a television with vivid red, green and blue graphics. The layered photographs and distorted patterns connect directly with the themes of the band’s album The Suburbs.
The 5 August concert was streamed worldwide, directed by filmmaker Terry Gilliam, launching the Unstaged concert series.
Limited Edition, 431/750 three-colour screenprint on paper
Hand signed

Wes Winship is an American designer, screenprinter and painter associated with Minneapolis studio Burlesque of North America. His background includes graffiti, independent publishing and music graphics. He helped develop the studio’s concert-poster work through hand-printed editions for bands, including a long collaboration with Arcade Fire. Here, his layered suburban imagery gives the concert poster a close connection to the music being promoted. Burlesque credits Ben LaFond as the printer.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.

These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard tube for protection.
