This is a WW2 Guinness poster from 1940, showing a Guinness that had somehow passed through the censor mail system. The censor thoroughly examined the Guinness and approved it to be passed the the intended (and no doubt disappointed) rightful recipient.
The censor signs themselves as "CHL".
Dimensions: 17.7 in x 12.6 in (45 cm x 32 cm)

This has been printed on good quality paper and was probably part of historical marketing material from Guinness to promote the sale of calendars in the 1990s.

Because of the age of these posters, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.

When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.

These posters are sent as unframed. They will be delivered in a cardboard backed envelope for protection.
