This is an original of the well known Amplex trio on London Tube posters. It shows three people in fancy dress hiding behind masquerade masks ... wondering where the smell is coming from...
Amplex was the odour beating little green chlorophyll tablet and this advertising. Chlorophyll was the new wonder chemical that is part of plant photosynthesis. Vintage Dayglo ink. This slogan 'Someone isn't using Amplex' is a well known advertising slogan from the sixties.

Commuting home in the sixties and seventies, there was an indefinable odour in the London Underground. It gave life to a long-running ad campaign in Tube trains. A self-satisfied gentleman staring out from the advertisement on the wall of the train, in seeming contentment, while two pained faces looked in at him from either side, catching him unawares. “Someone isn’t using Amplex,” preached the message. It was the first the Britain had heard of deodorants.
When framed, this colourful and detailed poster can become a centerpiece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.
