An original period Absolut Vodka advertising poster featuring Kenny Scharf’s wonderfully strange cosmic interpretation of the famous Swedish bottle. Created in 1987, the design surrounds the bottle with grinning extraterrestrial vapours, atomic planets and vivid Pop-Surrealist colour.

Scharf was a leading figure in New York’s 1980s East Village art scene and a contemporary of Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
