This is an original vintage Lutterworth Press botanical poster by Hilda M. Coley, one of a set of beautifully colourful fruits, berries and vegetables.
Dimensions: 13.5 in x 15 in (34 cm x 38 cm)
It is one of the portfolio of posters designed for teaching in the classroom during the 1940s.
Because of the age of these posters, and their use in the classroom, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years in the classroom are part of the vintage charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be folded and delivered in a cardboard-backed envelope for protection.
