This is a large, bright and bold industrial French poster from the 1960s advertising gas powered home heating. Front and centre is a woman hectically doing chores.
Dimensions: 62.2 in x 47.2 in (158 cm x 120 cm)
The poster reads, "echangez vos appareils vous gagnerez du temps et de l'argent" which means "exchange your appliances and you will save time and money".

Because of the age of these posters, and their use in the classroom, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The good news is that when framed, the tears press up well against glass, and edges can be hidden by mats. This poster has been stored folded, but this should press up well against glass.
This would be a great piece of wall art for an home heating, electrical or engineering firm.
When framed these colourful and detailed posters, with vibrant colours can become a centre piece for any room, to remind us of a simpler time.
