"AMAZONS OF ROME" 27" X 41" ORIGINAL 1961 U.S. ONE SHEET POSTER STORED FOLDED, OTHERWISE VERY GOOD CONDITION

Because of the age of these posters and their history, there are areas of wear and tear, particularly on the edges. I have done my best to take photos where they are torn or stained. The posters are traditionally folded up and with their age are creased. The good news is that when framed, the creases and tears press up well against glass, and any rough edges can be hidden by mats. Any wear picked up from years are part of the vintage charm.
These posters are sent as unframed. They will be folded and delivered in a cardboard-backed envelope for protection.

Movie synopsis: In AD 476 the new republic of Rome is at war with king Porcenna of Etrusca and his allies led by the the barbarian general, Drusco. After fierce fighting Drusco offers a truce but demands that the Romans offer hostages as a sign of good faith, including Clelia, the leader of a group of women warriors. Soon the peace treaty is broken and the Roman legion, under the command of Horatio Cocles "Cyclops", prepare to make their last stand at the Sublicus Bridge.
